Silverstone, Inc. is not responsible for any costs of repair on the machine or downtime due to product failure. Silverstone Inc. is not responsible for any lost revenues due to downtime because of a pending warranty issue. Silverstone Inc.’s responsibility is only for the product and assumes no responsibility for any damages to equipment and/or property.

Due to the wide variation in uses to which Silverstone, Inc. products (wheels, hubs, tires, assemblies, etc.) are subjected to by the users, we are unable to specify carrying capacities or speeds for a particular application: therefore, the manufacturer must test his equipment under the most severe conditions to determine that Silverstone, Inc. products are suitable.

All products should be installed based on OEM Service Manual Specifications.

Any damage done to Silverstone, Inc. specifications will be deemed the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered under this warranty.

In addition:

1. Failures due to overloading or use at speeds in excess of the maximum recommended speed.
2. Tires that have been run under inflated, or over inflated.
3. Usage of the products outside of normal intended usage which exceed published technical performance and ratings specifications.
4. Uneven or rapid wear due to mechanical irregularity of the vehicle.
5. Damage resulting from fire, accidents, chemical corrosion or vandalism.
6. Tires exhibiting field or road hazards including cuts, punctures, impact breaks and stubble damage.
7. Sprocket and Idler wheels that have more that 1,000 operating hours.

The seven items above will be deemed the responsibility of the customer and
will not be covered under this warranty.
