Silverstone, Inc. powder coating system places emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction. Our process begins by cleaning your item thoroughly, then on to our dryer with forced heat of 250 degrees. The next step in this process is powder coating. We use only quality powders from reputable suppliers to ensure a perfect coat. After the powder coat is applied your item is sent to the oven. Our oven is capable of accommodating any product 3’ width by 4’ high by 8’ length. Our oven has been thoroughly calibrated to heat items at precisely the manufacturer’s specifications up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Silverstone Pretreatment System

power-coating-prep.jpgWe use Therma-Tron-X, multi-stage pretreatment equipment, engineered to prepare your product's surface for powder coating. Our wash cycle is a silicated low foam cleaner, washed at 130 degrees Fahrenheit. Dirt, oils and contaminants are removed from the product’s surface and phosphate or conversion coatings are applied to help prevent corrosion and increase paint adhesion. The second phase of the pretreatment is our dryer. Your product is sent through a forced air dryer at a temperature of 250 degrees.
